Description
SAIC is seeking a skilled Network Systems Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced collection and evaluation communication systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in standing up and integrating rack-mounted data processing systems, with a strong focus on ensuring system functionality and reliability. The candidate should have experience in network forensics, IP address tracking, and mitigation of obscured or falsified IP address origins to ensure accurate identification and enhance investigative processes. The Network Systems Engineer will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often independently with minimal supervision, to deploy and configure critical systems for the client. This position may require up to 5% travel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technology or a related field although candidates with equivalent, significant industry experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Experience standing up and maintaining cloud services
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and up-tempo environment with minimal oversight

  • Experience with cloud services, network virtualization and a minimum of standing up and maintaining anonymous communication networks
