Job description

Job Title: Network Administrator Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $75,000.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, servers, workstations, printers, and other hardware within the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership, and results-oriented focus to enable more effective business operations.
  • Provide assessments, written documentation, and technical leadership using industry best practices; perform related work as required.
  • Configure and maintain physical and virtual servers, workstations, network, software, and other systems.
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Develop procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training to staff and employees on systems support and operation.
  • Ensure and validate compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare and test new applications for deployment.
  • Manage communications with third-party vendors.
  • Interface with end-users, management, and in-house team members.
  • Track and install updates and new software versions as needed.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required; be willing to travel and work on-site in Tulsa, OK.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties/projects as assigned.
  • Maintain technical infrastructure including Windows Server technologies, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL Server, virtualization, storage area networks, and enterprise networking technologies.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Server or Network Administration.
  • Experience with medium to large IT environments.
  • Experience in regulated IT environments meeting compliance frameworks.
  • Vendor certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, VCP, or similar are beneficial.
  • Industry certifications from ICCP, ISACA, ITIL, ISC2, or similar are beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to collaborate in team-oriented environments and make sound decisions.
  • Must pass a 10-year background/criminal check and pre-employment drug screen.
