These experiences aredesigned to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-timeopportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

KohlerCo.'s Digital Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to gainhands-on experience across Kohler's Digital organization and business teamswhile contributing to meaningful work that supports the future of Kohler. Asa Digital Intern, you will contribute to initiatives that help enhanceand support the digital products, platforms, and capabilities that powerKohler's business. Through meaningful project work, mentorship, networking, andleadership engagement, you will develop practical skills while helping shapeKohler's digital future.

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's program from an accredited institution with a focus in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or Sciences, IT Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
