Job description

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in maintaining the call center and remote support for end users.  Will assist to troubleshoot IT related issues remotely including hardware, software and may be dispatched to resolve onsite issues.  Intern will also assist IS personnel with assigned tasks and/or projects.  Intern will also assist with inventories and assist with IS office day to day operations.  Work collaboratively with other staff to resolve customer issues. Document tickets in the helpdesk system.  Assists with research projects, data analysis, and/or creating various reports. Fully support the mission of the Information Systems Department. Assists with entering data and filing may handle material of a confidential nature. Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic understanding of computer systems and network infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Office products or similar computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well with others.
6.      Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

7.      Flexible work schedule.


EDUCATION / LICENSURE:

1.      High School graduate/GED. 

2.      College enrollment required in Information Technology, Business Administration or related subject.
