Family Outreach Center (FOC) is hiring for a full- time masterโ€™s level therapist (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.) to provide therapy, case management, and crisis response to children (4 yrs- 18yrs) and families in Kent County.

You will receive comprehensive and trauma-informed supervision that will equip you to strengthen the lives of the clients and families we serve, while building your clinical aptitude. FOC also invests in continuing education and training opportunities. Upcoming grads are welcome to apply.

Position Details: Clinicians are referred cases from Kent County Community Mental Health (Network 180). Sessions are delivered in the school, home, and community settings. Clinicians will coordinate with other services providers in order to support the entire family unit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. assessing mental health and substance use disorders using the DSM-5 diagnostic code;

2. incorporating and maintaining a person/family centered treatment planning approach with children/families;

3. developing and implementing clinical interventions appropriate to the identified needs of the child/adolescent and family;

4. providing referrals for psychiatric, community, and other supportive services;

5. capable of working independently while maintaining an active case load;

6. ability to complete all required clinical reports within deadlines;

7. Partner with school staff and administration to address mental health needs and increase access to service, and create a positive mental health culture within the school.

8. Other duties as requested/delegated by supervisor/director.

Requirement for application: Education: Masterโ€™s (required) License: LLMSW or LMSW (or equivalent) State Licensure Other: Bilingual in in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
