The Gig...As a Sales Specialist, you will support our sales team working with customers and internal teams. You will help drive account success through customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales support activities.
Job Duties:
  • Maintain knowledge of TSS products, pricing, policies, and procedures to support customer needs
  • Participate in customer presentations and support meetings as needed
  • Provide ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customers
  • Process and submit sales orders and reports in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
  • Partner with field sales and commercial teams to support customer growth and satisfaction
  • Maintain organized and structured workflows for tracking customer activity and sales processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, design, and production to meet customer expectations
  • Support trade shows and events as a representative of TSS when needed
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite desired
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in the car wash or industrial equipment industry, preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Hours for this position are onsite Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
