Job description

How you will make an impact:

Supports and maintains the NetSuite ERP environment and integrations with Workato, Zone (AP automation), and RF-SMART. Provides day-to-day technical support, manages system maintenance, assists with planned releases and approved changes, maintains user-level security, troubleshoots integration issues, and ensures systems align with SOX and GxP compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1/2 NetSuite support across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
  • Troubleshoot transactions, workflows, saved searches, roles, and permissions.
  • Coordinate releases, patches, and approved system changes; assist with testing and deployment of updates/customizations/new features.
  • Maintain configurations and document changes.
  • Monitor and support integrations (NetSuite-Workato, NetSuite-Zone, NetSuite-RF-SMART); resolve errors with vendors/internal teams; document integration workflows.
  • Ensure configurations/workflows/access controls meet SOX and support GxP by maintaining validated systems, documenting changes, and participating in reviews/audits.
  • Create/maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials; conduct onboarding/refresher training.
  • Perform health checks, data validations, and performance monitoring; plan/execute maintenance (downtime, patching, configuration updates).
  • Identify improvements; participate in ERP/automation enhancement projects. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & preferred skills:
  • 8+ years IT experience; 2+ years supporting NetSuite ERP (technical/functional).
  • Familiarity with Workato (or similar); Zone (preferred) and RF-SMART (preferred).
  • Understanding of SOX and GxP in an IT/systems context.
  • Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills; excellent communication and documentation.
  • Preferred: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification; scripting/integration logic (SuiteScript/JavaScript); experience supporting validated systems in life sciences/regulated environments.
