A NetSuite Partner is a company or organization that has been authorized by Oracle NetSuite to sell, implement, and support NetSuite’s cloud-based business management software solutions. These partners typically offer specialized services such as consulting, customization, integration, and ongoing support to help businesses maximize their use of NetSuite. NetSuite Partners can be solution providers, alliance partners, or developers, each offering unique value depending on their area of expertise. How do NetSuite partners typically collaborate with client teams during an ERP implementation project?

Netsuite Partners work closely with client stakeholders throughout the ERP implementation process, often serving as both technical consultants and project managers. They facilitate discovery sessions to understand business requirements, coordinate with IT and operations teams, and provide training for end-users. Regular communication and status updates are essential to address challenges early and ensure the project stays on track. This collaborative approach helps tailor solutions to each client's unique needs and fosters strong, ongoing relationships.

About NetDynamic Consulting

We are a certified SuiteSuccess partner and official NetSuite Alliance partner. We deliver high-touch and customized services that allow businesses to scale using cloud solutions. Our team is a blend of technical professionals, certified accountants, and MBAs. We are a growing, agile, and dynamic team   where everything you do has a great impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex NetSuite implementations and integrations across our enterprise clients.

This is a client-facing, hands-on technical leadership role where you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, combining deep technical expertise with strong functional understanding of NetSuite.

The ideal candidate is not only a strong developer, but also a trusted advisor who can guide clients, design scalable solutions, and lead technical conversations at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

  • Act as the technical lead across NetSuite implementations and enhancement projects
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions , including customizations, workflows, and integrations
  • Provide guidance on best practices in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite architecture
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client business goals

Integrations & Systems Architecture

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations using Boomi and Celigo
  • Architect data flows between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, billing, logistics, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and data integrity
  • Define integration standards and reusable frameworks

Client Engagement & Functional Advisory

  • Engage directly with clients as a technical advisor , leading workshops and solution discussions
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Provide guidance on NetSuite financial and operational processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
  • Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design and estimations

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, client partners, other team members and project managers to ensure successful delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and review technical work to maintain high standards
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and own technical risk mitigation.
  • Proactively identify, document, and escalate architectural or integration risks to the Client Partner to safeguard delivery timelines
  • Drive technical quality management accountability for timelines, quality, and client satisfaction, through the quality of your work and coaching/mentoring other technical team members.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with NetSuite (technical + functional exposure)
  • Strong expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customizations
  • Proven experience with Boomi and Celigo integrations (required)
  • Solid understanding of ERP workflows and financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
  • Experience leading client-facing technical discussions and solution design
  • Ability to operate as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect in complex environments with proven ability to govern technical quality and standards across multiple concurrent projects, specifically owning the technical review and sign-off process before deployment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale or multi-subsidiary NetSuite implementations
  • Background in consulting firms or NetSuite partners
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data architecture
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions

What Success Looks Like

  • Technical Quality Governance: Zero critical technical defects or integration failures post-UAT for all owned workstreams, ensuring high project certainty for the Client Partner and removing the need for leadership intervention during crises.
  • Institutional Scalability: Formalizing and driving the adoption of at least three reusable technical assets (e.g., SuiteScript libraries, Boomi/Celigo integration patterns, or technical design templates) that are utilized by the Shared Technical Pool.
  • Visionary Architecture: Successfully integrating NetDynamic’s AI/Automation vision into client solutions by proposing or implementing at least one high-value automation or advanced analytics solution that leverages a REST/SOAP API or AI capabilities.
  • Technical Empowerment: Demonstrable improvement in the technical capability and quality of work delivered by junior team members through effective code review, mentorship, and proactive coaching.
  • Successful delivery of complex, high-quality NetSuite solutions
  • Strong client trust as a go-to technical advisor
  • Robust and scalable integration architectures (Boomi/Celigo)
  • High-quality technical standards across projects and team members

As long as you have strong English skills and your experience aligns with the role, you’re welcome to apply from anywhere, provided you can work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This is a 100% remote position.
