  • Quality Assurance: Partner with QA to ensure thorough testing and design test cases by applying test planning strategies.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document user acceptance testing scenarios and obtain sign-off prior to deployment. Assist with testing coordination and defect documentation.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become an expert on our financial systems stack, including subscription billing, revenue recognition, and ERP. Stay current on feature releases and industry developments to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform system decisions and financial process design.

  • Self-starter with proactive qualities and an analytical mindset.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of assignments and business outcomes.
  • Adept at identifying challenges and crafting effective solutions with a structured, data-informed approach.
  • Independent and capable of driving initiatives end-to‑end.
  • Active listener with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging deeply with both finance stakeholders and technical teams to bridge process and system requirements.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Engineering.
