Purpose of Position The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all warranty claims.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with warranty policies.
  • Maximize Warranty Recovery
  • Maintain Accurate Records
  • Act as liaison between internal departments and the aircraft manufacturer or warranty provider.

  • Familiar with NetJets maintenance tracking and work order systems (Preferred but not required).
