About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance business-critical applications that support field operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world business challenges, partnering directly with stakeholders, and owning solutions from idea through production.
This is more than a traditional development position. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, navigate ambiguity, evaluate new technologies, and take initiative without waiting for detailed direction.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance web-based applications used by operational teams.
  • Create responsive user interfaces using modern Angular frameworks.
  • Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations in C#/.NET.
  • Collaborate with end users, business partners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical direction.
  • Research and assess new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
  • Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Operate effectively within an Agile environment while managing priorities independently.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience developing full stack applications using Angular and C#/.NET.
