Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
  • Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-scale UiPath automation solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, Integration Services, and Agentic Automation capabilities.
  • Strong experience developing reusable frameworks, libraries, and components.
  • Experience integrating UiPath with REST APIs, databases, web services, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, queue-based processing, and transaction management.
  • Experience performing technical design reviews and code reviews.
  • Proficiency in SQL and .NET/VB.NET.
  • Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams in Agile environments.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Good understanding of integrating AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI services, OCR, or Machine Learning into automation solutions.
