NET Backend Tech Lead

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Experience: 8–12+ Years
Domain Preference: Banking / Financial Services (GRC: Governance, Risk, Compliance)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Backend Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable backend solutions for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and experience building cloud-native microservices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of .NET Core / C# backend applications
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Drive system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment
  • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure security, compliance, and best coding practices in banking systems
