This role is ideal for an entry-level IT professional with one-to-three years of helpdesk experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Reporting to the Team Lead, this individual will provide Level 1 technical support to internal and external clients, assist with hardware deployments and device setups, and help maintain the performance and security of critical systems and networks. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicates effectively, follows established procedures, and is eager to learn and grow within the organization.
