Job description

Job Requisition ID # 26WD100532 Position Overview

The Enterprise Business Support and Operations (EBSO) organization is responsible for the operational stability, scalability, and performance of Autodesk’s enterprise business applications. We are seeking a Support Analyst with strong technical depth to support AWS, JAVA and Salesforce platforms, including upstream and downstream integrations across enterprise systems. This role focuses on production support, incident management, system analysis, and release readiness, as well as active participation in projects delivering new functionality. The Support Analyst ensures operational excellence by meeting defined service level objectives (SLOs), improving system reliability, and enabling effective post-launch support.

Responsibilities
  • Understand, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices if needed
  • Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
  • Design and implement highly available and fault-tolerant solutions on AWS
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize queries and application performance
  • Understand containerized applications using Docker and deploy using Kubernetes/EKS or ECS
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Have knowledge of application security using OAuth2, JWT, IAM, and secure coding practices
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application reliability
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practice
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with SAP services in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and transactional data to diagnose issuesExperience working in ITIL-aligned or incident/problem management environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production environment
  • High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to problem solving
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and able to support critical activities outside normal business hours when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing or troubleshooting Java-based applications or services
  • Experience writing, reviewing, or debugging code
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,000 and $187,550. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
