SURMOUNT Brokerage (formerly NNN Pro), the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire both Associate-level and Experienced brokers / salespersons to join its rapidly growing Boston-based brokerage office. SURMOUNT's Brokerage Divisions (headquartered in NYC) was formed more than 25 years ago and has sold/cold closed more than $44 Billion of net lease real estate, and includes more than 150 team members located across the country.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate sales.
This role is a primarily commission-based role with unlimited earnings potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Database and perform proactive outreach to prospective clients
  • Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums
  • Perform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reports
  • Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material
  • Consolidate sales, market, and rent comparables
  • Assist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documents
  • Travel to sites / properties to provide brokers /clients with informed insights

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in sales
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must obtain Massachusetts Real Estate License within first 90 days
