As part of our growth strategy, we have expanded into Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, CA, and are seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents to join these offices. This individual will have the opportunity to become a top producer in the industry, benefit from our network, and expand their business nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
 
·         Managing datasets through business development outreach
·         Lead generation for prospecting purposes
·         Researching property and client information
·         Prospecting and fostering leads.
·         Financial analysis and presentation for income-producing properties
·         Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management
·         Market analysis and research as it relates to properties and real estate trends.
·         Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with support staff

 Qualifications
 
·         Real Estate license required.
·         Experience utilizing CRM platforms.
