Premier Private Jets is a distinguished provider of comprehensive business aviation services, including Charter, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) [PremierMRO], and Fixed Base Operations (FBO) [PremierFBO]. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of our most prestigious clients. This is not a "transactional" charter role you will be selling high value long term aviation solution. The position's goal is to convert prospects into Premier Private Jet's "Jet Club" or "Jet Card" products and provide a level of proactive retention and service that ensures lifelong loyalty.
• Identify and engage ultra-high net worth individuals through referrals, prospecting and internal lead generation.
• Create and update retail trips, sending updates to clients and sharing the information internally with both Operations and Sales as necessary.
• Perform and supervise the coordination of services for contracted retail trips, including communication with vendors for catering arrangements, ground transportation, and other services as required.
• Provide contingency planning and detailed flight tracking.
• Sourcing of aircraft options, preparing proposals and communication of options when off-fleet recoveries are warranted.
• In the event of mechanical or weather delays serve as the members personal advocate communicating transparently and securing recovery aircraft with urgency.
• Create a renewal strategy by monitoring member "burn rates" how fast they use their deposits and proactively initiate the replenishment process well before funds are exhausted.
Requirements
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• 5+ plus years of experience selling to UHNW.
• Deep understanding of part 135 regulations including crew duty rest, safety ratings. (Argus/Wyvern) various aircraft categories (Light, Mid, Super Mid, Large Cabin).
• Proven track record of making a long sale cycle (3 to 9 months) and closing deals.
• CRM proficiency expert use of Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive to track subtle client preferences and complex pipelines stages.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks.
• Available Weekends and Nights for after-hours calls.
• Grow company culture, act as an ambassador of the Premier Private Jets Brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven.
• Attention to detail, highly organized.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.

WORK ENVIORNMENT:
