We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who is eager to champion Enterprise user success and rethink the future of their creative workflows.

We're looking for a Principal PM who will own Adobe Express' role in the end-to-end Enterprise AI-first Content Supply Chain. Your vision will connect Adobe Express with Adobe's premier Enterprise workflows and find new opportunities to scale Enterprise success through process and product improvements.
What you'll do
  • Establish outstanding Enterprise processes by collaborating with Sales and customer success to communicate roadmap and improve processes to drive customer activation.
  • Evangelize the product to users every week! Demo workflows, interview customers, and answer tough questions in high stakes meetings with external executives.
  • Analyze the data and inspire the team. Set aggressive goals and influence partners across Product Marketing, Growth, and other Product teams to reach those objectives
  • Set the north star. Define and advocate for your product roadmap through partnership with engineering, design, marketing and research.
  • Connective tissue across products. Relationship-building with Creative, Business Professional, and Marketing businesses to build net-new Enterprise workflows across products that drive differentiation.
  • Hustle and find paths to success. Work at a rapid pace where you ship value every week and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with you.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Enterprise product management success - At least 7 years in product management required, with deep experience in Enterprise go-to-market motions. Proven results of enhanced user success in Enterprise. An MBA or comparable experience is preferred.
  • AI-native Product Management processes - Proven results with prototyping, vibe-coding, and enhancing PM productivity and communication through AI tools. Lean in as a mentor and lift up all PMs with org-wide processes.
  • Resourceful and imaginative - Translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. Your boundless optimism always finds a way to get things done.
  • Strong analytical abilities - An exceptional capacity to combine information from a variety of sources to make real-time prioritization decisions that consistently beat objectives.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,600 - $258,700
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
