FMC is in need of 2 developers to perform project enhancements to an existing application that is being implemented into their new facility ( Generation Park). The Job will be making enhancement to an existing systems and improving overall architecture for future development as well.

The current system is in winforms.

Description of the app:

MES provides the connectivity between ERP and PLM enterprise systems and the machines/process on the shop floor. Similar to how we use SRM to connect our enterprise system to our supply base. MES provides a single point of use solution enabling BOM, routings, work and safety instructions as well as data collection requirements to be delivered to the right place at the right time. It provides visibility to the status of work in process, an alerting mechanism, data collection/input, time and labor control. Encompassed in the solution is the ability to drive and control consistent execution processes, provide visual dashboards and reporting of performance supporting the lean visual flow of work and providing easy data access to line management to drive continuous improvement.

MES is a platform for our future vision and as such is required for us to become a paperless shop floor
