We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Funnel Manager with a strong background in inside sales within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales and business acquisition efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, customization, data management, and system integrations.
Sales Support: Provide support to business acquisition teams by assisting with the upkeep of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines within Salesforce.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
Training and Support: Train and support Salesforce users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platform.
Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy of regional pipelines by performing regular data audits and cleansing activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and finance, to ensure Salesforce aligns with business needs and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

5+ years of experience.
Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, specifically in data center construction, is preferred.
Prior sales leadership experience.
Experience in the proposal process.
Willingness to support other teams during proposal efforts.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and data management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organization, coordination, alignment, and collaboration skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
