About the Role 
NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise to support our Enterprise Sales team. This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for our largest enterprise prospects. As the leader, you will help hire, guide, and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives who possess deep product expertise and strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will work closely with our product, solutions, engineering, and channel teams, as well as our customers, to drive successful sales strategies across the NinjaOne platform. This highly visible role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, sales strategy and business leadership, essential for achieving our continued record growth in the marketplace. 
  
Location –Remote in TX, KS, IL*, NY, CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, TN, TX, VA, & WA. 
  
What You’ll be Doing 
  • Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on driving net-new enterprise revenue and expanding market share within the current customer base. 
  • Elevate team capability through structured coaching and enablement across sales execution, product positioning, and industry expertise. 
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting rigor, ensuring disciplined inspection of activity, deal progression, and revenue predictability. 
  • Foster a high-performance culture through targeted incentives, clear accountability, and consistent performance management. 
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership on team performance, pipeline trends, and revenue attainment. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategy and execution across regions. 
  • Travel as needed to support team performance, customer engagement, and key initiatives across North America. 
  
About You 
  • 10+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams with a track record of driving consistent revenue growth across direct and channel motions. 
  • Strong domain expertise in endpoint, IT operations, or adjacent technologies preferred. 
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and results. 
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels, internally and externally, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. 
  • Deep sales acumen, including negotiation, deal strategy, and disciplined use of sales methodology to drive outcomes. 
  • Data-driven operator with strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve performance. 
  • Highly organized and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize and execute at scale. 
  • Adaptable leader who thrives in change and guides teams through growth and transformation. 
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to building high-integrity, values-driven teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.
