We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer - Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.


Job Description and Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop, computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. May work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, and develop specifications and performance requirements. May maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain software solutions supporting logistics and maintenance operations.
- Apply software engineering principles to meet performance and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and data scientists.
- Support DevOps, AI/ML, and RPA initiatives for efficiency improvement.

Basic Requirements: 10+ years of software development experience with C#, Python, or .NET.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with DoD software development and RMF processes.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: On-Site. <5% Travel
