We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead + .NET Solution Architect to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will guide technical direction, lead a small development team, and shape architectural decisions for enterprise‑grade .NET applications. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on .NET expertise with exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a small team of .NET developers.
    • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the development team.
  • Architecture & Design
    • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
    • Define architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and application frameworks.
    • Recommend modern technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Hands‑On Development
    • Contribute to development efforts in complex or high‑impact areas.
    • Apply experience building enterprise‑grade B2B and B2C .NET applications.
    • Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Must‑Have Qualifications
