- Lead and mentor a small team of .NET developers.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the development team.
- Architecture & Design
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Define architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and application frameworks.
- Recommend modern technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve performance and maintainability.
- Hands‑On Development
- Contribute to development efforts in complex or high‑impact areas.

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Proven experience leading small development teams and enforcing engineering best practices.
- Strong architectural background with hands‑on experience designing and implementing .NET applications.
- Extensive experience with enterprise B2B and B2C .NET applications.
- Deep knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized architectures.
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems (Service Bus, Kafka).
- Background in performance tuning, security hardening, or application modernization.
