Description The essential function of this position is to provide front-line guest service support for The Eagle's Nest facility, including guest check-in, TOPTRACER technology assistance, food and beverage service, and end-of-day closing responsibilities. This position serves as the on-floor representative for guest experience and safety and acts as Person To Close (PTC) during assigned shifts. The position reports to and works under the direction of The Head Golf Professional/Assistant Director of Golf.

Summary of Duties Greets guests and manages check-in for bay reservations in accordance with established procedures. Provides direct customer service support throughout The Eagle's Nest facility and escalates unresolved issues to Golf Operations management as appropriate. Walks the range and assists guests with technology setup, including game selection, practice modes, scoring formats, and basic troubleshooting.

Ensuring guests are hitting within the assigned hitting area and not off the grass turf. Monitors bay usage and guest flow to support timely transitions between reservations. Serves food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with departmental standards and applicable laws.

Ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service standards, monitors guest behavior, and refuses service when required. Maintains cleanliness and organization of bays, service areas, and common spaces during operations. Accurately processes sales transactions using the point-of-sale system and follows cash-handling procedures.

Ensures the Eagle's Nest building, bays, and service areas are thoroughly cleaned and secured at the end of operations. Acts as Person To Close (PTC) when assigned, completing end-of-day closing procedures, securing the facility, and ensuring all guests have exited safely. Acquires and maintains required TABC Server Permit and complies with all alcohol service regulations.

Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Education requirements refers to job specific training and education required for entry into the position. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Licenses, certifications, and registrations refers to professional, state, or federal licenses, certifications, or registrations required to enter the position.

Requires ability to obtain within in 60 days a TABC Server Permit. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience refers to the amount of work experience that is required for entry into the position that would result in reasonable expectation that the person can perform the tasks required by the position. Requires customer service experience.

Prior experience in food and beverage service, golf operations, or entertainment venues is preferred. Supplemental Information PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demands refers to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement. Requires light to medium work involving standing or walking most of the time, exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a regular basis, and considerable skill, adeptness, and speed in the use of the fingers, hands, or limbs in tasks involving close tolerances.
