Working with high-voltage equipment and delicate materials also means adhering strictly to safety protocols. Apprentices may spend much of their time observing experienced neon artists, practicing on scrap glass, and gradually taking on more complex projects as their skills develop. Collaboration with mentors and other team members is essential for learning best practices and troubleshooting common issues.
