Otolaryngologist

Civilian Otolaryngologist at Mike Oโ€™Callaghan Military Medical Center โ€“ 99th Medical Group 4700 North Las Vegas Boulevard Nellis Air Force Base, NV .

1099 / Independent Contractor 

Full time
Clinic Days 0730-1630, Monday through Friday or Procedure/OR Days 0700 โ€“ 1600 to include a minimum of a 30-minute uncompensated lunch period.

Some on call

 US Citizen

Internship/Residency/Fellowship: Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology โ€“ Head and Neck Surgery approved by the Accreditation Council for

Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

Certifications: BLS& ACLS. 

Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible by The American Board of Otolaryngology โ€“ Head and Neck Surgery

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada.
