The head cook's role encompasses meal preparation, enforcing sanitary practices, managing food temperatures, adhering to recipes, and knowledge of special diets
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Abiilty to multi-task
• Understanding of diets (IE. puree, mechanical soft, nectar, honey, etc.)
• Knowledge of proper food temps
• Knowledge of proper food prep sanitation/environment
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Reliable transportation
