This full-time Lead Special Educator position offers leadership opportunities, professional growth, and access to NECC's nationally recognized clinical and educational expertise.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction.
  • Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programming
  • Mentor and coach paraeducators
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders and families to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners in the classroom.
  • Work closely with families and offer continuous support
