Job description

Measure for dimensional requirements, hole placement and dimensional inspection of hole placement and overall dimensions, squareness, flatness, etc., using appropriate tools.

Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings and follow written and verbal instructions.

Monitor layout dimensions and verify location, monitor fitup of pieces for proper location using measuring equipment prior to welding.

Measure and perform visual inspection of weldments for final acceptance.

Perform various NDT inspections as required for compliance.

Offers of employment are contigent upon passing an HPE (Human Performance Exam) that tests the capability of likely physical requirements of the specific position.
