Job Purpose
Seeking a detailed oriented NDT Level I Radiographer Technician to provide Level I Radiography (RT), real time x-ray services and supports production and development programs to ensure all product meet manufacturing specifications and requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform Real-time X-Rays on thermal battery components, assemblies, and welds according to established procedures and operating instructions.
  • Set up and operate industrial X-ray equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in compliance with quality management systems
  • Interpret and evaluate radiographic images in darkroom conditions with proper viewing equipment to ensure accurate defect detection
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and perform inspections according to approved techniques
  • Support NDT investigations, perform inspections and participate in supplier audits if required

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferre
  • NDT Level 1 Certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) per ASNT or NAT 410 preferred
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management systems
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and specifications
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • North Star software experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
