Frymire Home Services is looking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Potential to Earn over $125,000 per year!

        What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Technician:

        • Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
        • Diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
        • Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
        • Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
        • Learning the Frymire HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)

        HVAC Technician Qualifications:

        • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience minimum 

        • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems

        • Knowledge of the technician turnover process, including identifying replacement opportunities and transitioning qualified leads to a comfort advisor

        • Experience presenting repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners

        • Strong customer communication and relationship building skills

        • Ability to complete system diagnostics and document findings accurately

        • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

        • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

        • Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely
        • EPA Certification required

        • NATE Certification preferred (but not required)
