Job description

CERTIFIED CRANE OPERATOR (NCCCO) โ€“

A marine/heavy-civil construction company currently seeking a NCCCO Certified Crane Operator with 5+ years of experience with both friction and hydraulic cranes. This position requires experience with driving all types of piles (concrete, timber, h-pile, and sheet pile) both on land and from a barge.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate crane under general supervision in a safe manner.
  • Assembly, disassembly, and transportation of cranes to mobilize to various job sites.
  • Assist with rigging and lift planning as required.
  • Setting and driving all types of piles for bridges, bulkheads, cofferdams, piers, etc.
  • Perform inspections and daily maintenance of crane(s) to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with both friction and hydraulic cranes.
  • NCCCO Certified Crane Operator.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Effective and professional communication skills.
