Location: Flushing, Ohio
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and safety-driven NCCCO Telescopic Boom Crane Certified operators to join our team. This role is responsible for operating mobile cranes to safely lift, move, and position materials while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate designated crane types (e.g., mobile, tower, or overhead cranes) safely and efficiently
  • Control crane movements with precision to protect personnel, equipment, and property
  • Read and interpret load charts, ensuring lifts remain within crane capacity limits
  • Execute lifts according to lift plans and job site requirements
  • Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors during operations
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
  • Ensure proper crane setup, stabilization, and breakdown
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications:
  • Valid NCCCO certification required
