Job description

Position Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong, original point of view to create compelling NCAA-inspired apparel graphics. This role requires equal parts creativity and ownershipโ€”someone who can develop standout designs while independently managing multiple projects and keeping workflows organized and on track.

Responsibilities

  • Design original, trend-forward graphics for NCAA apparel collections
  • Bring a unique creative POV that elevates our brand and differentiates our product in a competitive collegiate market
  • Translate school traditions, fan culture, and storytelling into commercially viable designs
  • Own multiple projects simultaneouslyโ€”from concept through productionโ€”without sacrificing quality or speed
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for screen print, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to execute seasonal drops and campaigns
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness by consistently updating project statuses in Monday.com
  • Ensure all designs meet licensing guidelines and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
  • 2โ€“5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel or licensed products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics and a clear, differentiated design perspective
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and color in an apparel context
  • Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines
  • Experience working within project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in file setup and production specs

Nice to Have

  • NCAA or licensed collegiate design experience
  • Familiarity with screen printing techniques and limitations
  • Experience designing for fast-paced product drops or e-commerce environments
  • Understanding of fan-driven markets and sports culture
