Job description

Position Title:
Creative Content Coordinator
Job Description:
Reporting to the Coordinator of Creative Services and Social Media, the Creative Content Coordinator is responsible for working, as directed, toward the execution of a successful department. This position will allow the Creative Content Coordinator to gain hands-on professional experience in the intercollegiate industry. The position will assist the department in helping maintain and grow its brand through videography, social media, photography, and graphic design. This position ensures a commitment to maintaining compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in workflow, and production of content for and on gamedays.
  • Serve as the liaison for assigned sports, including all media coverage i.e. photography, gameday graphics, hype/recap videos etc.
  • Assist in the management of social media and creative content efforts working with Mount Athletics, including but not limited to in-game and studio photography, videography, graphics, hype videos, media days, and official visits.
  • Complete all editing and uploading for photos to the Mount Athletics Flickr site for athlete and department use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Have an interest in marketing, communications, journalism, photography, video, and or graphic design.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, yet able to work in a team environment
  • Must be responsible and have strong attention to detail
  • Experience with cinema and mirrorless cameras (Sony)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Suite Programs such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Be willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Some night and weekend commitments will be required

Hours/Benefits
  • Part time - $7,000 Salary
  • Start date - August 1-May 30
