HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in San Jose, California.

Requesting 4+ years of experience

Tell us about the unit(s):

  • Number of Beds -  10
  • Number of Staff – 120
  • Type of staff:
    • Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)  Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census
    • Night Shift – same as above
  • Patient Ratios –  per CA Title 22
  • Type of equipment -
  • EMR -Meditech/CPN

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

  •   Deliveries, C/sections, other L&D OR related cases

Weekends and On call(if any)

  • Rotating weekends based on CBA
