What is an NC?

NC typically stands for 'Numerical Control' or 'Numerically Controlled' in the context of jobs, most often referring to roles involving CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. NC jobs involve programming, operating, and maintaining machinery used for automated manufacturing processes such as milling, drilling, or turning. Workers in these positions ensure the precision and efficiency of machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. These roles are essential in industries like automotive, aerospace, and metal fabrication, where high accuracy and consistency are required.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a nurse case manager?
