Position Summary

The County Administrator role is a 6-month contract position within the IT Service Desk. The individual in this role will be solely responsible for managing PATH NC county user accounts and maintaining associated data as outlined in the PATH NC Security Roles and Work Queues and PATH NC County Administrator User Account Management quick reference guides (QRGs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Adding and updating PATH NC security roles
  • Setting up and maintaining Power BI roles
  • Update and maintain addresses and telephone numbers for District Attorney offices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for county leadership regarding the County Administrator security role.
  • Provide feedback to the Training Team on reference materials and participate in demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Initial training will be provided through the existing QRGs.
