Overview
Oak View Group, Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL affiliate of the Seattle Kraken), and the Coachella Valley Lakers (official NBA G League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers) are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to serve as a Coordinator, Partnership Activation & Fulfillment. This person oversees the delivery of all partnership assets and activations for the building and team for their assigned partner accounts. Additionally, this position will be involved with partnership reporting and analytics, post-season reporting, and renewals, including partner presentations.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $30.00-$31.25.

This position will remain open until August 7, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned sponsorship accounts, including the planning and execution of sponsors' contractual elements, including traditional media assets, in-market promotions, in-arena activation, hospitality, experiential, and community programs.
  • Develop and deliver effective and measurable sponsorship platforms for sponsors by managing expectations, communicating timelines, and ensuring contractual asset fulfillment.
  • Use a variety of methods and resources to creatively engage with and enhance partner relationships, using industry knowledge and brand awareness to overcome challenges, create business opportunities, and exceed company objectives.
  • Work with other team members to develop a template and plan per sponsor to demonstrate ROI and ROO of marketing partnership initiatives and oversee development of mid-year and year-end partnership recaps and case studies.
  • Manage internal and external partner expectations on processes, timelines, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Assist with partnership renewal and identifying incremental revenue opportunities amongst existing partners of Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and the Coachella Valley Lakers basketball team.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for all activations taking place within Acrisure Arena and around the perimeter of the venue in conjunction with arena events.
  • Regularly prepare research/market awareness to keep up-to-date with current partner news, industry trends, and research activation concepts for partners as needed.
  • Work with business development team on key category and platform ideation for prospects.
  • Maintain accurate reporting processes, CRM database, procedures, and partner database management.
  • Provide a high-level weekly report indicating the status of all current partner and department administrative action items to the Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President of OVG Global Partnerships.
  • Responsible for directly contributing to overall department revenue goals through current sponsor partnership renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments (like legal, finance, hospitality, etc.) on partner needs.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Partnership Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality/Sports Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience with partnerships preferred.
  • Basic knowledge & interest in sponsorship advertising and events.
  • Understands the concept of advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous event or entertainment partnership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and event days as assigned.
  • Team player who is creative and a proactive problem solver.
