Job Summary
Lead hospitality at one of Chicago's premier entertainment destinations. As Vice President of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership for all hospitality operations at Bally's Casino Chicago, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement. You will collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term operational strategies, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or food and beverage operations.
  • Experience overseeing multi-department operations with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
  • Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems.
  • Preferred casino experience.
