The Operations team creates the environment, infrastructure and operational support that enables players and Basketball Operations team members to perform at their best.
As a Team Attendant, you will help ensure Phoenix Suns home games operate safely, smoothly, and at the highest standard. You will provide hands-on support before, during, and after games while responding to the needs of players, team members, visiting teams, and officials. Reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, discretion, and a team-first mentality are central to success in this role.
What You'll Do
Pregame
  • Prepare the home and visiting team locker rooms, court, benches, and other assigned areas.
  • Stock hydration products, towels, warm-up gear, and other game-day supplies.
  • Rebound and provide on-court support for home and visiting team players during warm-ups.
  • Assist with the needs of the visiting team and NBA officials.
  • Support the Logistics team with laundry, uniforms, supplies, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready before team arrival.

During the Game
  • Help maintain a clean and safe playing surface throughout the game.
  • Mop the court during timeouts, breaks in play, and whenever directed.
  • Monitor and replenish water, towels, warm-up gear, and other on-court supplies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to requests from players, coaches, athletic trainers, officials, and Basketball Operations team members.
  • Remain attentive, prepared, and available throughout the game.

Postgame
  • Break down and clean locker rooms, benches, court areas, and equipment.
  • Collect, organize, and process uniforms, towels, warm-up gear, and other laundry.
  • Return equipment and supplies to their designated locations.
  • Assist with any remaining home team, visiting team, or NBA official needs.
  • Leave all assigned areas clean, organized, and prepared for the next event.

What We Need From Our Team Attendant
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability for all assigned preseason, regular-season, and postseason home games.
  • Ability to work approximately seven to eight hours per game, typically arriving four hours before tipoff and remaining one to two hours after the game.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the arena.
  • Consistent punctuality, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow direction, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, maturity, and discretion when working around players, coaches, officials, and confidential team matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive, service-oriented, and team-first approach.
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed.

  • A schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and postseason games based on the NBA schedule.
