The Manager, Ticket Sales will be responsible for leading and driving all new business ticket revenue for San Antonio FC, including premium seating, season memberships, partial plans, and group sales. This role will oversee a team of Sales Representatives and is accountable for delivering revenue results through strong leadership, disciplined sales execution, and structured pipeline management.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6+ years of ticket sales experience in sports, entertainment, or a related industry
  • Prior leadership experience required, with a proven ability to manage and develop sales talent
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of premium, membership, and group sales models
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, and Archtics
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with high-value or premium sales and corporate clients preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do:
  • Own and drive all new business ticket revenue across premium seating, season memberships, partial plans, and group sales, with full accountability for achieving revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans, including targeted outbound efforts across key segments such as corporate partners, youth sports organizations, community groups, and local businesses
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, establishing clear expectations for activity, pipeline management, and revenue production while driving a culture of accountability
  • Oversee pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring accurate CRM usage, consistent reporting, and reliable revenue projections
  • Implement structured training, onboarding, and recruiting efforts to continuously develop talent and build a sustainable sales organization
  • Drive premium sales strategy, focusing on high-value, relationship-based revenue including corporate partnerships, hospitality offerings, and multi-year opportunities
  • Identify and execute new revenue opportunities, including theme nights, group initiatives, premium experiences, and community-based programs
  • Optimize sales processes and performance, including activity standards, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships within the business community, representing San Antonio FC at networking and industry events to generate leads and grow partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Ticket Operations, and Service to align sales strategy with lead generation, pricing, inventory, and retention efforts
  • Support matchday execution, including premium hospitality, group experiences, and hosting key prospects and clients
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall departmental success.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
