Travel RN (Registered Nurse) Opportunity

Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse)

City/State: Phoenix, Arizona

Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 07/20/2026

Job Description:

The role involves providing comprehensive care in a Trauma Level 1 environment, floating between multiple facilities as needed. Candidates must have at least 6 months of Trauma Level 1 experience and will undergo a pass/fail exam on day 1 of orientation. Competency in sterile field maintenance is expected, as well as the completion of a SIMs Lab for specific nursing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage trauma, burns, and pediatric cases as well as other emergency room cases.
  • Float between St. Joseph's Main and Westgate, and two freestanding ERs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license with submission willingness.
  • Minimum 2 years ER experience.
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
  • Ability to read Phillips monitor telemetry strips.
  • Adherence to Navy scrub dress code.
