What you will do:

  • Follow agency and client best bidding practices
  • Work with Business Managers to review production bid detail to understand fair market value and that bid properly aligns with agency vision
  • Upload documents to Workfront / Maconomy for Business Affairs
  • Issue vendor purchase orders
  • On-board new vendors and issue NDA’s
  • Assist with risk assessment of creative
  • Review and license stock footage
  • Assist with pre-bill process
  • Book talent for recording sessions
  • Book external audio record studios
  • Manage talent (Voice Over, On Camera, Musicians) payments, including session, use, and P&H
  • Create talent cost estimates for production/session and re-use (based on media plan)
  • Create VO/Announcer casting sessions
  • Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence


What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with advertising production process and rights management
  • 2+ years of experience at an advertising agency in business affairs or talent management role
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with members of broadcast business affairs, account team, production/creative, and finance
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, budget and deadlines concurrently
  • Have a basic understanding of 2025 SAG/AFTRA commercials contract
  • Solution minded, as well as professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients
  • An openness towards technology
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
