We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Technical Program Manager to lead a complex technical workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on the implementation of a new billing platform. This role will serve as the primary leader responsible for orchestrating delivery across multiple product vendors, systems integrator (SI) partners, client stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong program management expertise, technical aptitude, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence executive leaders, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership & Delivery
โ€ข Lead a strategic technical workstream supporting the implementation of a new enterprise billing platform.
โ€ข Develop and manage integrated program plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution processes.
โ€ข Drive execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.
โ€ข Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
โ€ข Ensure successful delivery through effective management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
Vendor & Partner Management
โ€ข Coordinate efforts across multiple software vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators.
โ€ข Manage cross-functional dependencies and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
โ€ข Drive accountability with third-party partners and ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
โ€ข Evaluate tradeoffs and recommendations across technology, business, and program priorities.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
โ€ข Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders.
โ€ข Provide concise, actionable updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
โ€ข Navigate complex organizational dynamics through strong emotional intelligence and executive presence.
โ€ข Facilitate alignment across business, finance, operations, and technology teams.
Financial & Technical Management
โ€ข Manage program financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, vendor spend, and value realization.
โ€ข Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate solution impacts, dependencies, and implementation risks.
โ€ข Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly discussions and executive-level communications.
โ€ข Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial insights.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
โ€ข 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
โ€ข Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise transformations with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
โ€ข Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, data flows, platform implementations, and technology delivery lifecycles.
โ€ข Strong financial management experience, including program budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and financial reporting.
โ€ข Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
โ€ข Proven experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
โ€ข High degree of emotional intelligence, executive presence, and organizational awareness.
โ€ข Experience leading programs in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
โ€ข Advanced experience of AI applications.
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience supporting billing, revenue management, financial systems, or customer operations transformations.
โ€ข Experience working within contact center, customer experience, or customer operations environments.
โ€ข Experience leading enterprise platform implementations involving multiple vendors and systems integrators.
โ€ข PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable program management certification.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $85 to $95/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
