Do you enjoy hands-on laboratory work that solve real-life complex engineering problems? Consider this highly rewarding position of a Thermal Hydraulic Test Engineer. A successful candidate will be responsible for hands on work implementing test instrumentation and apparatus, specifying tests, processing data, and analyzing test results. The Thermal Hydraulic Test Engineer will also be responsible for working as a part of the team to develop test section design and advanced diagnostic techniques to be used in a high temperature and high-pressure environment. This includes significant collaboration with other groups to ensure successful execution of test and ensuring that testing meeting the technical and timing needs of end users. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; Currently an Intermediate Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company. Preferred Skills Master's Degree or Ph. D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or equivalent. Experience in two-phase testing. Experience working in projects/teams with multiple stakeholders. Pay Range $78,700.00 - $120,500.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only.
