Senior Warfare Analyst (SWA)

Job Summary

This position serves as a Senior Warfare Analyst (SWA). The SWA will provide operational subject matter expertise to PMA-299, Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center, and associated organizations. The candidate requires extensive experience in Multi-Mission Helicopter (MH-60R) Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), as well as experience with future capability development and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) / international programs.

Operational Test and/or Fleet exercise and technology experimentation/demonstration experience at the operational and tactical levels is also greatly desired to support PMA-299 advanced development and S&T initiatives. Demonstrated communications skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools a must.

Essential Job Functions

  • Execute daily Foreign Disclosure tasks in support of PMA-299 and NAWDC rotary wing weapons schools to ensure proper classification and the processing for release of TTP and associated documents to international partners.
  • Fleet Experimentation and Demonstration (FLEX/Demo) coordination in support of MH-60 advanced development, S&T, and service life modernization and Future Vertical Lift risk reduction initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison between PMA-299 and fleet users to ensure mission requirements are being addressed.
