We're looking for an Architect to lead and support projects from concept development through construction administration.


What You'll Do


  • Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction documents
  • Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and construction observations
  • Assist with permitting and regulatory approval processes
  • Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Participate in client meetings and provide design solutions throughout project development
  • Support construction administration and respond to field inquiries


What You Need


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 3-7 years of professional architectural experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and codes
  • Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
