Mother Nature’s Goodies (MNG) | Yucaipa, CA
Full-Time | Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

Join an Employee-Owned Company

Mother Nature’s Goodies is an established food manufacturer producing quality granola products for customers across the country.

We are an employee-owned company.

At MNG, we believe every team member plays an important role in our success. The work we do every day — taking care of our customers, producing quality products, working efficiently, reducing waste, and supporting one another — helps build a stronger company and a stronger future for our employee owners.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Team Member who wants to work hard, learn, grow, and be part of a team that succeeds together.

Our Culture

Culture is extremely important at Mother Nature’s Goodies. We want people who care about the work they do and the people they work alongside.

Our culture is built around:

  • Teamwork — We help each other and work toward the same goals.

  • Ownership — We take responsibility for our work and understand how our individual efforts contribute to the company.

  • Respect — We treat our teammates professionally and respectfully.

  • Accountability — We follow through on our responsibilities and communicate when something goes wrong.

  • Quality — We take pride in producing safe, consistent, high-quality products.

  • Continuous Improvement — We are always looking for better, safer, and more efficient ways to work.

  • Growth — We invest in training and give team members opportunities to learn new skills and take on greater responsibility.

What You'll Do

Production Team Members work together to safely and efficiently produce and package our products. Team members are cross-trained and may work in different areas of production based on the needs of the operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing general food production and packaging activities

  • Completing required production records accurately

  • Following food safety, allergen-control, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas

  • Identifying and communicating production, quality, food-safety, or equipment concerns promptly

  • Supporting teammates and other production areas to maintain an efficient production flow

  • Participating in training and continuous-improvement activities

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is dependable and punctual

  • Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Enjoys working as part of a team

  • Takes pride in doing the job correctly

  • Is willing to learn and be cross-trained

  • Can follow established processes and written and verbal instructions

  • Pays attention to quality and detail

  • Understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness

  • Communicates openly when there is a problem or mistake

  • Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining safety and quality

  • Takes responsibility for their work

  • Wants to contribute to the success of the entire team

Previous food manufacturing, bakery, packaging, warehouse, or production experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

MNG offers benefits designed to support our team members, including:

  • Employee ownership

  • Medical insurance

  • Dental insurance

  • Vision insurance

  • 401(k)

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays

  • On-the-job training and cross-training

  • Opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility

Benefit eligibility and terms are based on applicable plan requirements and company policies.

Physical Demands of the Position

This is an active food-production position. Team members must be able to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required to perform production duties

  • Perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements

  • Safely handle production materials, equipment, pans, racks, and finished products

  • Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment

  • Work around ovens and in areas where temperatures may be elevated

Be Part of the MNG Team

We are looking for people who want more than just a place to clock in and out. We want team members who take pride in their work, support each other, and understand that what each of us does contributes to the success of the entire company.
